What is your capacity?

We can seat up to 70 guests.


How do you book?

To secure your date, we require a signed rental agreement and a 50% deposit due up front. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Once booked, you'll receive access to our Guest Guidebook, which includes information on accessing the space, setup and cleanup requirements, and other important event-day instructions.


What is your alcohol policy?

You may bring in your own alcohol. However, minors under twenty-one (21) are strictly prohibited from possessing and/or consuming alcoholic beverages anywhere on the premises.


Blacktail does not have dedicated onsite parking, but there is plenty of nearby street parking, which is free on weekends. The Kent Central Gateway Parking Garage (201 E. Erie Street) is also conveniently located just up the alley. Guests and caterers may use the alley between Blacktail and Water Street Tavern for quick drop-offs before parking.

Can I bring in my own decor?

Absolutely! We will have the tables and chairs set up for you, so all you need to bring is your decor. We also offer black or white tablecloths as an add-on for $50, if you’re interested.
